The rods have a very strong butt section with softer tips. Very popular action on west coast. Rated for 20-50 lb line but I would say 30-40 lb line is more accurate.

The blanks were made by Lamiglas about 8-9 years ago for a very, very short time. They are glossy black E-glass blanks and break in half at mid point for easy transport. Beautifully made rods with triple wrapped black on aqua metallic thread over Fuji guides. Black rubber no slip wrapped handles. Note that these rods are made to be used with reel rod clamps and have NO reel seats.
